Personalised items are prepared by hand, so please allow 2 to 4 working days for crafting before dispatch. Orders are prepared in the order they are received.

Delivery across the UAE

Delivery within the United Arab Emirates typically takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and are shown before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order is on its way we send an update to the email address provided at checkout. Please keep that address accurate so updates reach you.

Delivery details

• Please provide a complete address, including the emirate and any delivery notes that help our courier.
• If nobody is available to receive the order, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave a collection notice.
• Personalised items cannot be redirected once crafting has begun.
