How do I personalise a gift?
Open any product page marked as personalisable, add your name, message or instructions in the personalisation fields, then add the item to your cart. We confirm the details with you by email after checkout.
How long does a personalised order take?
Personalisation is usually completed within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery across the UAE adds 1 to 3 working days depending on your location.
Can I order in larger quantities?
Yes. Corporate and bulk gifting is welcome — send us a message with your quantity, deadline and branding requirements and we will prepare a quote.
Which colours and sizes are available?
Available colours and sizes are shown on each product page. If you need a combination you cannot see, contact us and we will do our best to help.
How is my gift packaged?
Every order is prepared gift-ready with complimentary wrapping to protect your gift in transit and make it a pleasure to open.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout uses the store payment methods configured for your region. Prices are shown in AED and the total is confirmed before you pay.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Before personalisation begins we can usually adjust your order; once crafting has started, changes may not be possible.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Our standard delivery covers the United Arab Emirates. For international requests, send us a message and we will confirm what is possible.
